Delivery

Express Shipping will be processed and shipped the same day if placed before 11am AWST. If placed after 11am AWST it will be shipped the following day. Express Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Standard Shipping Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.

We will email you a confirmation which includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not available to sign for it. 

Import Charges International Shipping 

Kristin Magrit ships to most international destinations via Australia Post and DHL.

If you are purchasing anything from our website and you live outside of Australia please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by Kristin Magrit . 

If these taxes are imposed, the approximate delivery time may be affected.

International Exchange Rates 

When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.

Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be done using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Kristin Magrit takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to availability. Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, if an item is purchased that is not available at time of dispatch we will contact the customer to discuss alternative options.
