Kristin Magrit offers free express worldwide shipping on orders over $400.00. AUD. Please note that all delivery times stated below do not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation which includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

When checking out please keep in mind that all deliveries require a signature and that standard delivery times are Monday-Friday 9-5.

Australia

Kristin Magrit offers free standard shipping on orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping within Australia.

Please allow 2 - 8 working days for delivery.

New Zealand

Kristin Magrit offers free standard shipping on all clothing & accessories over $300.00. Orders under $300.00 will be charged a flat rate of $20.00 for standard international shipping. Please allow 8-15 days for delivery.

$30 Flat rate Express shipping is available. Please allow 4- 8 working days for delivery.

International

Kristin Magrit offers free Standard worldwide shipping on all clothing & accessories over $400.00. Orders under $400.00 will be charged a flat rate of $30.00 for standard international shipping. Please allow 5 - 15 working days for delivery.( this is location dependent)

$40 Flat rate Express shipping is available. Please allow 4- 8 working days for delivery.

Import Charges

If you are purchasing anything from our website and you live outside of Australia please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by Kristin Magrit .

If these taxes are imposed, the approximate delivery time may be affected.

International Exchange Rates

Kristin Magrit ships to most international destinations via Australia Post . When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.

Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be done using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Kristin Magrit takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to availability. Whilst we endeavor to keep our stock levels accurate, if an item is purchased that is not available at time of dispatch we will contact the customer to discuss alternative options.

Items in your shopping basket are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers.

At Kristin Magrit we are a small all women team. We believe in collaborating with, and supporting other women and their businesses in any way that we can. We look first to our local community for supplies and manufacturing. Our makers are within 12 kms of our design studio. We work with knitters in Kristin's home country of New Zealand.

Artisanship & individuality

We believe you are your own artwork, and celebrate this by designing clothes you can make your own. Each piece is sewn individually from premium natural fibres, attention and care is poured into every piece, ensuring a beautiful and long lasting garment you will love.
