Shipping policy

DISPATCH

Orders are processed daily and will be shipped on the following morning’s courier.

For example, if you place an order on Wednesday before 5 pm (AWST) it will be shipped Thursday morning.

If you place an order on Friday, over the weekend, or on a Public holiday it will be shipped the following working day.

Pre-orders – will be shipped within 24 hours of arriving in the store. You will receive a notification when your pre-order is ready to be shipped.

Orders will be shipped from Perth 6008, Australia.

On receiving your parcel please check the item thoroughly before removing the woven tags, once the woven tags are removed the item is non-returnable.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

All orders receive free standard shipping. allow 4-10 business days (Metro Areas)

Express shipping is available (1-4 business days) (Metro Areas)

NEW ZEALAND

All orders receive free standard shipping. allow 7-14 business days (Metro Areas)

Express shipping is available. allow 2-5 business days (Metro Areas)

all parcels use track and trace with Australia Post

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders over $500 Aud Ship for free. 10-15 business days (Metro Areas)

Orders Under $500 Aud will cost $40 Aud to ship.

International orders are shipped using Australia Post courier services please allow 10-15 business days (Metro Areas)

DUTIES , TARIFS, TAXES or IMPORT FEES

Please note – KRISTIN MAGRIT will not be liable for any duties, taxes or import fees imposed on international orders at the country of destination.

United States of America

We are currently not able to ship to The USA or areas covered by its Tariff laws. Our current postal provides do not have a means of collecting Tariffs prior to shipping in place which is now required, once they do we will look at commencing Delivery’s to the US.

Other Countries

Customers will be liable for all duties, taxes and levies charged by the country you have shipped to.

Please contact your local customs officer if you need to clarify charges or need more information.

A shipping notification email will be sent once the courier has collected your order and its on its way to you.

You can track your package using the details in the shipping notification email.
Please state at checkout if there is somewhere safe to leave your parcel if you will not be home.

SALES - Dispatch may be delayed during sale periods due to volume of orders, please be patient, we will endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as we can.

Free Australian standard shipping applies only Sales orders over $200 purchased on Sale items.

At Kristin Magrit we are a small all women team. We believe in collaborating with, and supporting other women and their businesses in any way that we can. We look first to our local community for supplies and manufacturing. Our makers are within 12 kms of our design studio. We work with knitters in Kristin's home country of New Zealand.

Artisanship & individuality

We believe you are your own artwork, and celebrate this by designing clothes you can make your own. Each piece is sewn individually from premium natural fibres, attention and care is poured into every piece, ensuring a beautiful and long lasting garment you will love.
