Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. The product must be suitable for re-sale.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your return to the address below with the returns slip included with your order or a note with your name, postcode and 6-digit order number. This starts with a KM and can be found on your packing slip or the confirmation email you received when purchasing.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

SALE  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items purchased on SALE are final sale and are not able to be returned for a refund unless faulty. 

SALE items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders & customised items.

AfterPay Purchases:

You are eligible for refunds however due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website there is a 10% restocking fee for afterpay purchases. Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and  make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return,  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, We aim to process your returns within 3 working days of them arriving to us. It will take up to 7 working days to arrive in your bank.
