Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Kristin Magrit clothing.
If it's not right, just send it back to us within 14 days of arriving, unworn with tags attached and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping costs. Please send your return to the address below with the returns slip included or a note with your name, postcode and 6-digit order number clearly displayed. This starts with a KM and can be found on your packing slip or the confirmation email you received when purchasing. Returns are at the customers expense.

If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us, with name and order number clearly included with your return, a refund will be issued for your return as above.
Your exchange will need to be placed as a new order - Simply re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store. (You can place your exchange order at any stage during the returns process)
We aim to process your returns within 3 working days of them arriving to us. When we have processed your return and issued a refund it can take up to 5 working days to arrive in your bank. Please understand that as a small independent Australian Made Label, we have high make costs, and in order to be able to offer our pieces at reasonable prices we have reduced margins, but as a result are unable to absorb shipping costs - as they mount up very quickly. We hope you understand, and very much appreciate your understanding and continued support.
