Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kristin Magrit clothing.

If it's not right, just send it back to us within 14 days of arriving, unworn with tags attached and we will issue a refund. Please send your return to the address below with the returns slip included or a note with your name, postcode and 6-digit order number clearly displayed. This starts with a KM and can be found on your packing slip or the confirmation email you received when purchasing. Returns are at the customers expense.

If you'd like to exchange, please return your order to us, with name and order number clearly included with your return, a refund will be issued for your return as above.

Your exchange will need to be placed as a new order - Simply re-order the size and colour you'd like through our online store. (You can place your exchange order at any stage during the returns process)

We aim to process your returns within 3 working days of them arriving to us. When we have processed your return and issued a refund it can take up to 5 working days to arrive in your bank. Everything is constantly under scrutiny as we strive to do better. We also make in small batches to reduce waste. We aim to create forever pieces - designs that surpass trends and will be favourites in your wardrobe for years to come.

community

At Kristin Magrit we are a small all women team. We believe in collaborating with, and supporting other women and their businesses in any way that we can. We look first to our local community for supplies and manufacturing. Our makers are within 12 kms of our design studio. We work with knitters in Kristin's home country of New Zealand.

Artisanship & individuality

We believe you are your own artwork, and celebrate this by designing clothes you can make your own. Each piece is sewn individually from premium natural fibres, attention and care is poured into every piece, ensuring a beautiful and long lasting garment you will love.
