HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE
If you would like to return your online purchase, please log into our Returns & Exchanges Portal and complete the application.
You will need your order number this starts with KM eg "KM1234" it can be found in our email to you confirming your purchase along with the email address associated with the order.
If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, colour or product please let us know in the notes section of the returns portal.
To log in you will need to provide the email address used when you ordered.(check your email inbox for order confirmation) If you payed using the express buy now button and used one of the following ShopPay, Paypal, Apple pay or G-pay use the email associated to payment method used.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS
Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for an exchange, Store Credit or refund provided they are returned within 20 working days from delivery and fit the return criteria below.
SALE ITEMS
Refunds are not available for purchases of items which have been discounted,(items purchased and discounted using Welcome code will be considered full price purchases) this includes items purchased during our Annual sale. We will provide an exchange where possible or an online credit.
AFTERPAY PURCHASES
You are eligible for exchange or credit only (this is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website).
RETURNS POLICY
- All return shipping costs back to kristinmagrit.com are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned via tracked post or courier to the return address below. Packages that are untracked or lost in transit are not the responsibility of Kristin Magrit.
- All Kristin Magrit stores are able to accept online returns refunds and credit notes will be processed by our customer care team by the following business day.
- Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or washed and the tags are still in place, product must be suitable for re-sale.
- If goods are eligible, they will then be processed according to the customers return selection.
- All qualifying returns will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the items by kristinmagrit.com
- We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check and try on any ordered product as soon as it is received to ensure satisfaction with the item/s purchased.
- If you receive a faulty product, please notify info@kristinmagrit.com immediately and we will look to remedy the situation.
- Kristin Magrit will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
- Items purchased through a Kristin Magrit stockiest must be returned directly to them.
The return delivery address for kristinmagrit.com is provided once request has been approved though our online Exchange and Returns portal.
FAULTY ITEMS
Any item considered faulty will either be fixed, replaced or refunded. The method may depend on the circumstances (e.g. the nature of the 'fault').
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase. Our store credits do not expire.
Your credit includes the cost of the product but not any shipping paid on the original order.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
